I got an internship for the summer in an operating room (yes, with surgeries and stuff). I'll be working 3-4 days a week, 12 hours a shift. I don't have time for a project car. I now have 2k saved up, which I was planning on using for a project car.
Thinking about getting either some Rota Grids, or maybe some Bucket/Racing seats, with harnesses, and a deep dish Sparco steering wheel. Or maybe all three.
Pic sorta related (not my car). Same type of Grid's i'd get. (18x8.5)

3-4 days a week and no time for a project car? Are you taking classes at the same time?

Possibly might take some classes. However, while I would like to dedicate a good amount of time to the project. I'm still living with my parents, and we don't have room, so if I bring a project to keep in the driveway, it needs to be able to run so that I can move it around and what not.

I'd love to go for 18x9.5, but I'd have to roll the fenders, pull said fenders, and add at least -2 degrees of negative camber to clear anything. Coilovers gonna cost alot :(

I see a lot of these with 9.5's, I just assumed they fit. I guess not. I am in a similar situation. I will be getting 17x9s, they fit but they are gonna be real close to the stock strut. That is fine as they don't rub, but I can't run 255s :'( 245s max.

You should get 215's, and stretch them over 9's. Because hellaflush.
TurboSloth officially does not condone this type of jalop behavior. Hellaflush responsibly.
